How much does it cost to deliver my item?
For orders under £25.00 delivery is £2.50 or £3.50, for orders over £25 delivery is free!
How long will my order take to arrive?
For orders under £25.00 – Once the order has been processed, the items will be delivered using your selected postage method.
For Royal Mail Second Class postage it will take approx 2-3 working days for your item(s) to reach you.
For Royal Mail First Class postage it will take approx 1-2 working days for your item(s) to reach you.
For orders over £25.00 – Once the order has been processed, the items will be delivered using Royal Mail Signed For. It will take approx 2-3 working days for your item(s) to reach you.
Please be advised that a working day is classed as a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Bank holidays & public holidays are not classed as working days.
What happens if i’m not home?
If you aren’t home when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a card informing you how to collect your parcel or schedule a redelivery.

I’ve changed my mind, can i return my order?
If you would like to return your item, may do so within 14 days of your item being dispatched. Please note that goods must be returned unopened and undamaged and in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns where seals and original packaging have been damaged or tampered with. As part of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the Customer is responsible for all carriage return costs

What happens if my goods are defective?
IIf you have received damaged or faulty goods please contact us. Once we have received your item we will arrange an exchange. If we cannot arrange an exchange of the item, we will issue a full refund.
