How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We will aim to have your order processed with 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays)
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit & Credit Cards via Stripe & Paypal Checkout. You can also use your Paypal account via Paypal Express Checkout & Paypal Checkout. If using Paypal Express Checkout, please ensure your delivery details are upto date via the Paypal website.
Why does my order status say "On Hold"?
Payment will not be taken from your credit/debit card or Paypal account until the order is manually processed by one of our members of staff. Until that happens, your order status will show as “On Hold”.
How much does it cost to deliver my item?
For orders under £25.00 First Class delivery is £2.00 & Second Class delivery is £3.00, for orders over £25 delivery is free!
How long will my order take to arrive?
For orders under £25.00 – Once the order has been processed, the items will be delivered using Royal Mail First of Second Class postage. It will take approx 1-2 working days for your item(s) to reach you using First Class and approx 2-3 working days for your item(s) to reach you using Second Class.
For orders over £25.00 – Once the order has been processed, the items will be delivered using Royal Mail second class signed for. It will take approx 2-3 working days for your item(s) to reach you.
Please be advised that a working day is classed as a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Bank holidays & public holidays are not classed as working days.
What happens if i'm not home?
If you aren’t home when Royal Mail or our Courier attempts delivery, they will leave a card informing you how to collect your parcel or schedule a redelivery.
I've changed my mind, can i return my order?
If you would like to return your item, may do so within 14 days of your item being dispatched. Please note that goods must be returned unopened and undamaged and in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns where seals and original packaging have been damaged or tampered with.

What happens if my goods are defective?
If you have received damaged or faulty goods please contact us. Once we have received your item we will arrange an exchange. If we cannot arrange an exchange of the item, we will issue a full refund.
When am i charged for my Pre-Order?
For Non-Exclusive / Limited Edition products, Payment is not taken for your Pre-Order until the item is due into our warehouse. You will be notified once the payment has been taken from your account. Non Exclusive items include Standard Price (£9.99) Funko POP! Vinyl Figures.
For Exclusive / Limited Edition products, payment is taken upfront on date of purchase. Exclusive / Limited Edition products include Comic Con Exclusive Funko POP! vinyl. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your Pre-order, a full refund will be given.
Can i pay for Pre-Orders with Paypal?
For standard Pre-Orders not charged upfront, we can only accept Credit or Debit cards. For Exclusive / Limited Edition Pre-Orders we are able to accept Paypal as payment is taken upfront.
Am i guaranteed my Pre-Order?
Placing a pre-order is not a guarantee that you will receive that item. Manufacturers can and will cancel Pre-Orders due to lack of sales or supply issues.

Will i receive my Pre-Order on the date shown?
The Pre-Order date shown on the product page is an estimated date and is subject to change. Your Pre-Order will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive the stock into our warehouse.
Pre-Ordering products with different release dates
Please order Pre-Order products with different release dates in separate orders. Our system cannot process orders with multiple release dates & your order will unfortunately be cancelled. If you Pre-Order products from different sets with the same release date, then your order will not be dispatched until the last product in that order has arrived in stock.
